Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms apply to consulting services provided by GoLive AI, a sole proprietorship based in Austin, Texas ("GoLive AI," "we," "us"), to you ("Client"). A written proposal or statement of work ("Proposal") describes the specific scope, rates, and deliverables for each engagement. If a Proposal conflicts with these terms, the Proposal controls.
Services
We provide AI strategy, automation, implementation, and training services as described in the Proposal. Client agrees to provide timely access to the people, information, and systems reasonably needed to perform the work.
Fees and billing
- Services are billed hourly at the rate stated in the Proposal (starting at $100/hour), or at a fixed project price if agreed in writing.
- Hourly work is tracked and itemized on each invoice. Any deposits or prior payments are shown as credits.
- Invoices are sent by email and are due on receipt unless the Proposal states other payment terms.
Payments
Invoices are paid online through Stripe by card, ACH bank debit, or bank transfer. By paying, you authorize the charge or debit for the invoiced amount. Unpaid balances more than 30 days past due may result in work being paused until the account is brought current.
Cancellation and refunds
- Either party may end an engagement at any time with written notice (email is sufficient). Client pays for work performed through the date of notice.
- Because services are billed for time already worked, fees for completed hours are non-refundable.
- Prepaid amounts for work not yet performed are refunded in full on request.
- If you believe an invoice is incorrect, email hello@golive-ai.com within 30 days of the invoice date and we will review it promptly and issue a correction or credit if warranted.
Deliverables and ownership
Upon full payment, Client owns the deliverables created specifically for Client under the Proposal. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how, and general methods. Third-party software and AI services remain subject to their providers' terms.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement.
AI outputs
AI systems can produce inaccurate results. We design solutions with appropriate review steps, but Client is responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees Client paid for the services giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
