- Billing information: billing name, email, and address used to issue invoices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
- Technical information: this website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and delivery. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
- To send invoices, receipts, and account-related messages
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the business, including Stripe (payments and invoicing), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), and Google (email). Each processes information under its own privacy policy.
Client data during engagements
If you share business data with us while we work together, we use it only to deliver the agreed services, limit access to what the work requires, and delete or return it at the end of the engagement on request.
Retention
We keep invoicing and payment records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
